This policy is issued by KRS RETAILAZ, the legal entity that owns and operates the Vyntora brand and online store. All invoices, tax documents and payment receipts are issued in the name of KRS RETAILAZ.
Agreement
By placing an order you enter into a contract of sale with the legal entity named above. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted only when a confirmation email is issued. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
Intellectual property
The Vyntora name, logotype, imagery and product designs are the property of the operating entity and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
