Shipping Policy

This policy is issued by KRS RETAILAZ, the legal entity that owns and operates the Vyntora brand and online store. All invoices, tax documents and payment receipts are issued in the name of KRS RETAILAZ.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 16:00 IST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Remote PIN codes: up to 10 business days

Charges

Standard insured shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders. Any customs or import duties on international orders are payable by the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking reference is emailed on dispatch and can be viewed at any time from the Orders page.
