This policy is issued by KRS RETAILAZ, the legal entity that owns and operates the Vyntora brand and online store. All invoices, tax documents and payment receipts are issued in the name of KRS RETAILAZ.

- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses.
- Order details: items purchased, invoice data and GSTIN where supplied.
- Technical data: device, browser and anonymised usage analytics.
How we use it
To fulfil and deliver orders, issue tax invoices, process returns and refunds, prevent fraud, provide client care and — where you opt in — send marketing communications.
Payment data
Card and UPI details are captured directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. We never store full payment credentials on our systems.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to our support address. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law. Other data is deleted once it is no longer required.
