Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by KRS RETAILAZ, the legal entity that owns and operates the Vyntora brand and online store. All invoices, tax documents and payment receipts are issued in the name of KRS RETAILAZ.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch, from the Orders page or by contacting client care with your order reference.
After dispatch
Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or raise a return under the Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, failed address verification or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund is issued in every case.
Refund timeline
Cancellation refunds are initiated within 24 hours and reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
