Return & Refund Policy

This policy is issued by KRS RETAILAZ, the legal entity that owns and operates the Vyntora brand and online store. All invoices, tax documents and payment receipts are issued in the name of KRS RETAILAZ.
Return window
Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags and packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Innerwear, fragrance and personalised items are final sale.
How to return
- Raise a request from Orders or by email with your order reference.
- Reverse pickup is arranged within 48 hours on serviceable PIN codes.
- Pack the item in its original box with all accessories included.
Refunds
Once inspected, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded in full; shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability and are shipped free of charge once the original piece is received.
